Labour Surcharge
- The first half hour of labour is included in the load size fee.
- $90.00/hr. will be charged for a team of two technicians if the job will take more than half an hour to finish.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is you pricing structure?
Typically, our pricing is determined based on the volume your junk occupies in our truck, measured in truck load size. However, if you intend to dispose of heavier materials such as aggregates, dirt, or concrete, extra charges will be added to cover the additional disposal expenses we’ll have to bear.
Do you charge travel time and labour surcharge?
We try to keep our invoice as simple as we could. Therefore, we do not charge travel time in all cases. However, we add labour surcharge after passing 30 minutes on the job. For example, if we finished a junk removal job in 1 hour, then we charge only for 30 minutes. We charge $80.00/hour for a team of two technicians. Thus, the final labour surcharge will be $80.00 x ½ hour = $40.00.
Do you provide estimates over the phone?
Yes, we can! Our sales team is experienced in estimating the load size from provided pictures and information. We will provide you with a quote that has no hidden or extra charges. We will provide a quote over the phone if the pictures and information are clear, otherwise, we can attend on site to provide an estimate.
What happens if the charges where higher than the provided estimate?
If our team provided the client with a false estimate. It is our obligation to cover the extra costs since the client has accepted the quote that we have provided. We make sure that we are taking the same junk that the client needs to dispose of. Otherwise, if the client wishes to add extra junk, we will amend the quote accordingly.
Why are appointments booked in 1- or 2-hour timeslots?
Jobs are booked in 1- or 2-hour timeslots to allow for unexpected circumstances, such as road incidents, traffic, injuries, or even jobs that would take more than we have anticipated.
