Labour Surcharge
- The first half hour of labour is included in the load size fee.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is you pricing structure?
Typically, our pricing is determined based on the volume your junk occupies in our truck, measured in truck load size. However, if you intend to dispose of heavier materials such as aggregates, dirt, or concrete, extra charges will be added to cover the additional disposal expenses we’ll have to bear.
Do you charge travel time and labour surcharge?
We try to keep our invoice as simple as we could. Therefore, we do not charge travel time in all cases. However, we add labour surcharge after passing 30 minutes on the job. For example, if we finished a junk removal job in 1 hour, then we charge only for 30 minutes. We charge $90.00/hour for a team of two technicians. Thus, the final labour surcharge will be $90.00 x ½ hour = $45.00.
Do you provide estimates over the phone?
Yes, we can! Our sales team is experienced in estimating the load size from provided pictures and information. We will provide you with a quote that has no hidden or extra charges. We will provide a quote over the phone if the pictures and information are clear, otherwise, we can attend on site to provide an estimate.
What happens if the charges are higher than the provided estimate?
If our team underestimated the junk size or donation load, resulting in charges higher than the
original estimate, we take full responsibility. We are committed to honoring the quote accepted by
the client and will cover any additional costs due to our miscalculation. We ensure that we only
remove the junk the client has specified for disposal. However, if the client wishes to add extra junk,
we will amend the quote accordingly to reflect the additional items.
Why are appointments booked in 1- or 2-hour timeslots?
Appointments are scheduled in 1- or 2-hour timeslots to accommodate any unforeseen
circumstances, such as traffic delays, road incidents, or jobs that may take longer than initially
anticipated. This approach ensures that we have the flexibility to handle unexpected challenges
while still providing reliable service to all our clients.
