What If I Have Only Donations?
If you only have donations – no worries, we’ve got you covered! We recommend booking a free donation pickup directly through Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver. You can also drop off your donations at their donation centres at selected Value Village branches, or at their warehouse located at 15 Braid Street, New Westminster.

Affordability
Our donation pick-up rates are up to 35% lower than our junk removal services. The best deal? When you bundle donations with junk removal, your donation pick-up becomes completely free. And if you only have donations, no problem! Our rates are still affordable, especially if Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver doesn’t service your area or you can’t drop items off yourself.

Labour Surcharge Policy:
- For loads up to and including a half load, 30 minutes of labour is included in the standard load fee.
- For loads greater than a half load, 60 minutes of labour is included in the standard load fee.
- If the job requires more time than what’s included, a surcharge of $90.00 per hour will apply for a team of two technicians.
- The estimated time on site will depend on the nature of the items being removed and accessibility of the location.
