Our pricing is simple and fair. We charge based on how much space your items take up in our truck, the type of material we’re removing, and the weight of the items. Big and heavy items like pianos, concrete, and water tanks may have additional costs due to handling and disposal requirements. You only pay for what we haul. No surprises or hidden fees.

We do not charge for travel time.
Standard labour is included in the load size fee. Extra labour fees are applicable if a job surpasses its allocated time. You can refer to our labour surcharge policy for full details. If anything like this comes up, we explain it before we start.

Yes, our sales team can provide an exact estimate over the phone if we have enough information. If not, we’ll give you a rough estimate or a price range so you know what to expect. We also offer free on-site estimates for the most accurate pricing. There’s absolutely no pressure to book. All estimates are free and no obligation.

Our estimates are based on the information provided, so the final price may change if you decide to add or remove items. Our onsite team will double check everything you’re getting rid of and will update you if any items are added or missing from the original job description. If the discrepancy is on our end, we will honor and match the estimate we provided.

Arrival windows give us flexibility for traffic, disposal delays, and varying job sizes throughout the day. When we’re on the way, we’ll send you an update with an accurate ETA 15 to 30 minutes before arrival so you know exactly when to expect us.

Almost anything including furniture, appliances, electronics, clothing, yard waste, renovation debris, and more. The only exceptions are hazardous materials such as chemicals, oils, paints, and asbestos.

We serve the Greater Vancouver and Lower Mainland. If you're slightly outside the area, feel free to ask. We may still be able to help.

It’s completely up to you. You’re welcome to stay home and watch our team clear your space, or you can leave the items outside for a contactless pickup. If you prefer, you can also give us access and head out to run errands while we take care of everything. We’re flexible and here to make the process as easy as possible for you.

We schedule our jobs on a first come, first served basis, and we often have availability on the same day or the next day. We do not hold on to any deposits or charge any cancellation fees; you can reserve your preferred date and time and then you can modify or cancel if anything changes.

Some items like mattresses, box springs, tires, paint cans, and propane tanks have additional recycling surcharges that are back charged by the transfer station. Please check our surcharge list above for full details.

After the job is complete, you can pay directly on site by credit card, debit card, or American Express. You can also pay by cash or e transfer if you prefer.

No problem. Our truck can hold a lot. We’ll simply update the estimate before continuing so you always know the price.

Yes. We carry full commercial general liability insurance, and our team is covered by WorkSafe BC. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
